If you have Purchased any our Online Marketing or Membership Plan, but don't have a compatible device to view the Website, you can revoke the Purchase within 24 Hours of Purchase on Working days and 36 Hrs in case the Purchase is made on Saturday or Sunday.
Cancellation and Subsequent Refund will also go through if we are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within 2 business days from the the time you had reported the error.
