Law firm Required

<br>This is with reference to requirement of services of a law firm , We are looking for a law firm which can provide the legal opinion on matters which will come on regular basis. The Services will be on retainer basis and we will be paying a Fixed amount /month.<br />

<br>The scope of work will include but not limited to the following.<br />
<br> <br />
<br>1. Provide advisory on legal matters including those related to Interpretations of regulations for NBFC companies , RBI, UIDAI and other regulatory bodies of GOI,state govt.etc.<br />
<br>2. Draft legal notices and response to legal notices;<br />
<br>3. Drafting, reviewing and vetting of memorandum of understanding, agreements and other necessary documents required for a transaction.<br />
<br>4. Meetings and telephonic conferences.<br />
